Your Personal Disney Park Assistant
Planning a park day at Walt Disney World can seem overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. Having a personal Disney Park assistant can help you and your family have the best day possible by guiding and planning a custom itinerary just for you.
Experience the Parks, not the Planning
One of our favorite things about Walt Disney World is the many amazing memories made by families year after year. Generations of families can continue coming and sharing in the magic over and over again. There really is something for everyone.
But planning a day at Walt Disney World is very different now than it was in 1971 when Magic Kingdom first opened. While the magic is still alive and well, the planning can seem daunting and overwhelming. Our WDW Park Guides spend the day in the park with you doing all the navigating, Genie+ planning, mobile ordering, and itinerary adjusting so that you and your family can focus on what truly matters most: making magical memories together at "The Most Magical Place on Earth."
Booking is as Easy as 1-2-3

1. Book a Park Guide
Booking is simple. Request a quote, and we'll send you the price based on the time of year and day of the week you've requested. Once you tell us you're ready, we'll send you an invoice for your tour(s). When your deposit is paid, you're officially guaranteed a park guide for the date(s) you've booked.

2. Schedule a Call
Just as every family is different, so is every tour, which is why we schedule a call to go over what your goals for the day are, must-do's, favorite rides and attractions, and more. We want your day to be tailored specifically to you and your family so you get the VIP treatment you deserve.

3. Enjoy the Parks
Your park guide is your extra hand, your Genie+ expert, your park map, runner, stroller watcher, Disney history buff, and the list goes on. You have your own guide to take you through the parks so you can enjoy what matters most: being present and enjoying every moment with your loved ones.

Got Questions?
No, we are not affiliated with the Walt Disney Company in any way. The only Official VIP Tours available at Walt Disney World are directly through Disney and range from $450-900 per hour.
Our Guides don't have special backstage access, or unlimited instant "front-of-line" passes like Disney's VIP Tours do. What they do have is an intimate knowledge of the parks, experience maximizing Genie+, and a willingness to be your "extra set of hands" as they guide you around the parks.
Our pricing ranges from $1100-1700 per day, depending on the season. A “day” with your Park Guide is up to 8 hours, but you can purchase additional hours as needed, even day of. There is a $200/day retainer fee to reserve your Park Guide, and the remaining balance of your fee will be charged to your card on file 3 days before the date of your first tour. If there is any issue with the charge, you will be contacted to provide an alternative payment method. All tours must be paid in full before the tour begins.
Yes, you will need to purchase Genie+ and/or Individual Lightning Lanes for everyone in your party who wishes to go on the attractions, plus one for your Park Guide so they can join you in the queues. If you prefer, your Guide can purchase these for you using your card on file.
You can have up to 10 ticketed guests per group. If you have more than 10 ticketed guests, we can arrange for more than one Park Guide to join your group. This is considered a second tour and will be charged as such.
Most of our guests prefer to meet their Guide in the park to maximize their time, but your Guide can also meet you at any resort on Disney property. It’s totally up to you!
Each and every family is unique and has different priorities and desires for their day in the parks. Your Guide will talk through your preferences on a quick call, and ensure your custom itinerary is exactly what you want it to be.
While some of our guides will occasionally take guests to other theme parks here in Central Florida, our main area of expertise is Walt Disney World. For that reason, the vast majority of our groups only visit the Walt Disney World parks.
Absolutely! Just put a note in your quote request that you’d like a certain guide, and our team will do their best to accommodate your request.
Strollers and wheelchairs are no problem at all for your Park Guide. In fact, your Guide can even help you push them around the parks and stay with them while you and your family are on rides.
You can absolutely park hop if you’d like with your Park Guide. Keep in mind that it can take quite a bit of time to go between parks using Disney transportation, so you may want to opt for a Minnie Van or rideshare to save time. Most guests choose to remain in one park with their Park Guide to maximize their time.
If you would like to extend your tour beyond the contracted 8 hours, you can do so during your initial quote request or even on the day of your tour at a rate of $200 per hour, billed in full hour increments. Your guide will handle this for you, and upon the completion of your tour, we will charge your card on file for the extra hours.
Gratuities are never required, but if you would like to reward your Guide for exceptional service, a 15-20% gratuity is most common and can be paid directly to the Guide or can be charged to your card on file at your request.
We appreciate travel agents and the referrals they bring us which is why we offer 10% commission for any agent who books a client with us. Simply use our Request a Quote form for your client, and we'll get the proper paperwork from you after booking to send you your commission.
